New Horizons Family Center was born of a dream - that every child deserves a safe and nurturing childhood and an opportunity to become a responsible, contributing member of the community. At New Horizons, our mission is to foster the healthy development of children and families through domestic-violence and child-abuse prevention and interventions that address developmental, academic, social-emotional, and mental-health needs.
